ABOUT US

Founded in October 1994, Powder Players Snowmobile Club is a family orientated snowmobile club located in Remsen, Iowa. Remsen is in the northwest part of Iowa in Plymouth County. It was platted by the Iowa Falls and Sioux City Railroad Town Land and Lot Company August 28th, 1876. It is named for Dr. William Remsen Smith, a Sioux City physician and Remsen landowner, who declined to name the town Smithville, feeling that there were "too many Smiths in the world!"

Our club meetings are held at 7:00 pm in the Avalon Ballroom, 114 Fulton St, Remsen, Iowa on the first Wednesday in the months of November - March.

"MINORITY IMPACT STATEMENT"

Powder Players, Inc. is a family oriented non-profit Snowmobile Club which was founded to provide a safe riding environment for all members regardless of gender, race, creed, or color.
